Once a production, event or a short course booking is confirmed the tickets are non-refundable.
You are required to bring your booking confirmation or the card that was used for purchase to collect your tickets.

Short Course and Workshop bookings no ticket is required and you will receive details on how to join your course or workshop prior to the event.

Please note latecomers may not be admitted to any event.
